Our organization is actively looking for full-time Endocrinologists to join our practices in Westchester!Situated in a vibrant community, our practice benefits from access to excellent public, private, and parochial educational institutions. Westchester is known for its picturesque neighborhoods and high quality of life. Our Westchester Medical Group provides extensive healthcare services, allowing patients to consult with various specialists, including cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, urology, radiology, and podiatry. Furthermore, our facility is supported by a dedicated team, which includes medical assistants, nurse practitioners, and technicians (lab, echo, radiology).The Hartsdale Medical Practice serves as a primary care facility for Westchester County. Hartsdale is unique among the nearby communities of New York City, as it still hosts two operational farms along Secor Road. The area features several parks, such as Secor Woods Park, Ridge Road Park, and Rumbrook Park. The town can be divided into various neighborhoods, including the "Village" or downtown area (East Hartsdale Avenue), Manor Woods, Windsor Park, Poet's Corner, Ridge Road, Orchard Hill, College Corners, and several condominium developments established since the 1970s.The selected candidate will join a multi-specialty team in a conveniently located area of Westchester. A keen interest in providing office-based endocrinology services is essential. The candidate will collaborate with various specialists, enabling patients to meet multiple healthcare needs in one location. A competitive salary and benefits package will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with specialists across various fields, including cardiology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, pain management, allergy, urology, radiology, and podiatry.Serve a diverse patient population while residing in a community with outstanding school districts and convenient access to Manhattan.Work alongside support staff, including medical assistants and technicians (lab, echo, radiology).Participate in an alternating call schedule within the same specialty.Utilize the EMR system: Omnipro/Intergey.No responsibilities related to teaching, research, or administration.Receive a competitive salary and benefits, including productivity bonuses, six weeks of paid time off, medical, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage.Qualifications:Medical Degree from an accredited institution.Valid New York Medical License.Board Eligible or Board Certified in Endocrinology.Dedication to our organization and the communities we serve.Strong communication skills, excellent bedside manner, and organizational abilities.A robust work ethic and a commitment to being part of a team-oriented, performance-driven healthcare system.Compensation ranges from $225,000 to $350,000 (excluding bonuses, incentive compensation, or benefits).Salary Disclosure Information:Our organization provides a salary range to adhere to New York City's Salary Transparency law. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including experience, specialties, historical productivity, collections, and community needs. Therefore, actual salaries may be closer to either end of the range, and in some cases, may fall outside the listed range.
