Kitchen Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining inventory levels.
**Qualifications:**
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Certification in food handling and sanitation is preferred
**Responsibilities:**
Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate their daily activities
Ensure food quality meets established standards
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Oversee kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness
Train new and existing kitchen staff on policies and procedures
Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
Monitor kitchen operations to ensure efficiency
