When you choose Newpoint, you become an extension of our team.As a Pressure Washing Technician you will be responsible primarily for providing Pressure Washing services. You may also be assigned to work in the following areas:SweepingMoppingGeneral Grounds KeepingOther specialized cleaning servicesLocation: Baltimore, MD and other surrounding areas as client needs dictate.Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, typically from 6:00am to 3:00pm. Some weekend work may be available/necessary at times.In our efforts to exhibit a high level of service excellence we must maintain a professional level. Below is a brief listing of these standards, which must be maintained.Basic Standards (not all inclusive):Responsible for being at work every scheduled day, on time and in uniformFollow all instructions for entering customer buildingWillingness to learn & train on various products and solutionsPerforms all tasks as trained for the proper use and application of products and proper use of PPEProvide outstanding customer service at all timesAvailable for work schedules and/or assignments at the request of the customerEffectively interact and converse with customers and company personnelResolve customer complaints independently or with the aid of a supervisorClean and maintain cleaning tools at the end of each dayUse mechanical aptitude to utilize various pieces of equipmentTroubleshoot issues with equipment and provide recommendationsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededAny other duties that may be assigned by the supervisorRequirementsJob Requirements:Ability to lift, push and pull at least 50 poundsAbility to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods of timeAbility bend, reach, stoop, squat and lift frequently throughout a shiftMUST have valid Driver License and reliable transportationAbility to drive with/hauling trailers is strongly preferred, but not required
