We offer dynamic career paths, robust development, opportunities to learn from talented colleagues around the globe, and benefits that support physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing.Join us to innovate for impact and reimagine the future of health and nutrition for patients and consumers.This position is for 1st shift; Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30pm.Responsibilities:Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain production equipmentSet up and operate manufacturing and packaging machinesMake adjustments and minor repairs to support productivityTroubleshoot setup issues and minimize downtimeMonitor and optimize lines during production runsMatch labels with batch records and verify accuracyMaintain inventory of tools and partsAssist operators and maintenance technicians as neededCreate or update machine centerline proceduresFollow safety rules, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company policiesPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:High school diploma or GED required13 years of mechanical or machine operator experienceMechanical/electrical trade background or technical school preferredAble to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout your shiftComfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergensFlexible to work overtime based on business needsSkills:Comfortable using computers or tabletsBasic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)Able to read, write, and understand EnglishTeam-oriented and dependableOrganized and attentive to detailAble to adapt to changing tasks and environmentsThe approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.65-$21.27. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
