Houseman This position's primary duty is to perform an assortment of light housekeeping tasks and various deliveries in a variety of settings throughout the Park City area, maintaining and promoting the Luxury Defined standard.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide superior service, courtesy, and care to our customers (internal and external) at all times.Mark and count linen, ensure linen markings are straight and even.Organize shelves.Inventory supplies.Light cleaning, dusting, removing trash, light vacuuming nothing to exceed 10lbs. not to exceed 1 hour per day.Follow established health and safety procedures for using cleaning chemicals. Follow proper procedures.Execute standard security measures whenever entering or exiting properties.Report maintenance concerns, or unit needs to manager.Assist with maintaining cleanliness at service center.Document daily linen usage.Perform various delivery services as needed.Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.He or she will possess the skills necessary to represent Resorts West in a professional manner whenever interfacing with guests, owners, and industry peers.
