As a trusted partner in the Ag equipment industry, we create an optimal business environment, ensuring success for our employees and customers.About The PositionDepartment: ServiceReports to: Service ManagerSupervises: N/APurposeThis position will handle all detailing needs of various types of farm equipment.ResponsibilitiesDetail the exterior and interior of equipment at the dealership.Assist in maintaining a clean shop environment.Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and timely fashion.Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments.May participate in Service EDUCATE Training programs to advance career opportunities in dealership.Actively participates in project assignments centered-around service-related activities at the dealership.Works with and shadows selected service personnel to gain experience with various roles in the department.Assists in maintaining a clean work environment.Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesInterest in an agricultural-related role within the service department.Candidates must be able to handle heights and lifting of up to 100 lbs. Capability to work within a time schedule.Basic knowledge of computer application systems.Solid oral and written communication skills.
