You will build and nurture customer relationships within the community while promoting State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely in an agent’s office and explore the path toward becoming a State Farm Agent yourself.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing timely follow-up as needed.
Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries about insurance options, policy changes, claims, billing, and eligibility.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance products.
Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing goals.
Assist in developing and maintaining a digital marketing system to promote the office.
Generate leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and recommend appropriate products and services.
Support local community events alongside the agent.
Help manage the agency’s website and social media content.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a dedicated commitment to daily success.

Qualifications:
Preferred sales experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing
Proven success in meeting sales goals or quotas
Strong interest in marketing products and services tailored to customer needs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
Passionate about how insurance and financial products help people manage risks, recover from setbacks, and achieve their dreams
