Title: Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM) Developer Work Location: Charlotte NC Job Type: Contract Work Type: Onsite Duration: 12 Months Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented and experienced Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM) Consultant to join their team, on a contract basis, to help them fulfil their client's most critical containerized microservices & applications that automate business decisions needs. Demonstrated exposure to Retirement/ Group Insurance/ Institutional Banking needed Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure business rules using Red Hat Decision Manager. Integrate RHDM with Salesforce and other relevant systems. Provide support for the RHDM infrastructure, ensuring its reliability and performance. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements for rule-based applications. Design and implement solutions that meet client needs and align with best practices. Required SkillsStrong knowledge and experience with Rules Engines. Business Central and Decision Server. Proficiency in software development, including Java(preferred) or other relevant programming languages. Familiarity with Business Rules concepts and methodologies. Experience with Red Hat Decision Manager (RHDM) and Red Hat OpenShift. 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Red Hat Decision Manager. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Nice-to-HaveExperience with cloud migration projects. Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Red Hat Decision Manager certification is a plus.
