What You´ll Do Conducts all R&D laboratory work in a safe manner including the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), adherence to site safety practices, use of laboratory equipment, 5S, etc. Provides support for various projects assigned by Sr. Chemist and/or Lab ManagerPrepare batch formulations according to written instructions by Sr. Chemist and/or Lab ManagerUnderstand chemical ingredients and formulate under instructionsEmploy problem solving skill sets to overcome project bottlenecks and maintain project deliverable datesCollect and organize data in a coherent formatCommunicate basic observations regarding data and/or experimental outcomeComfortable with a variety of curing and dispensing equipmentUnderstanding of mathematical and statistical techniques relevant to adhesive product testingPrepare sampling/shipping papers What makes you a good fit Minimum of an associate’s degree in chemistry, Biology or a science field. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.
