Traveling Concrete Polisher - General Laborer

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Concrete Polisher to join our team. In this role, you will operate heavy polishing equipment to achieve smooth, high-quality concrete finishes. This is a physical, hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team. Responsibilities: Operate concrete polishing equipment and tools Follow specifications to ensure proper finish and quality Inspect completed work for accuracy and consistency Maintain a clean and safe work area Assist crew with setup and breakdown of job sites Travel for extended periods (2–3 weeks) in a company vehicle Adhere to all safety protocols Requirements: Tennessee residency required Must live within 1 hour of Knoxville, TN Reliable transportation to and from our Knoxville office Willingness to travel out of town for extended projects Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work on your feet Strong work ethic and attention to detail Team player with good communication skills Experience in concrete polishing/finishing is a plus, but not required Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with tools preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 - $18.50 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
