The engineer will support machining operations, process planning, and shop floor execution to improve efficiency and production quality.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and optimize manufacturing methods, processes, and equipment for metal fabricationDevelop and improve machining processes (CNC, milling, turning) and support reverse engineering effortsPerform job quoting and estimating for new manufacturing workCreate and manage process documentation, including tooling, fixtures, and programsGenerate work instructions, inspection sheets, and production documentationInterpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specificationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or machining environmentsStrong expertise in GD&T, blueprint reading, and drawing interpretationExperience with tooling, fixtures, and process planningExposure to work orders, sketches, and production documentationExperience collaborating with CAD programmers and shop floor teams
