This role is fully remote and will work closely with the Financial Controller. They are looking for a senior finance professional responsible for leading end-to-end accounting operations, including revenue recognition, accounts payable, payroll, inventory, and financial reporting. The role emphasizes driving efficiency through AI, automation, and scalable processes while maintaining strong internal controls and audit readiness. Working cross-functionally with finance and business teams, the Accounting Manager provides financial insights, supports audits and compliance, and helps build a high-performing accounting function to support company growth.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA desired5+ years of combined public accounting and industry experienceDeep experience with CPG product companies is required, ideally direct-to-consumer, with overseas manufacturing operationsProven ability to leverage technology in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Preference for candidates on the East CoastSalary: $150-190k
