Position SummaryThe Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Yotta Energy's marketing strategy to support revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement. This individual will work closely with the Chief Commercial Officer and sales team to drive pipeline generation, strengthen market positioning, and create compelling content that supports customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders. This role offers significant growth potential and is intended to evolve into a leadership position as the company scales.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Demand GenerationDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support company growth objectivesCreate and manage lead generation campaigns across digital, email, social media, and industry channelsDrive marketing sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline growthManage marketing automation, lead nurturing, and campaign reporting through HubSpot or similar platformsMonitor and optimize campaign performance using key marketing metrics and analyticsSales Enablement & Content DevelopmentDevelop and maintain sales collaterals, including presentations, one pagers, case studies, competitive analyses, and product messagingTranslate technical product capabilities into clear customer focused value propositionsSupport proposal development, customer communications, and partner facing materialsEnsure sales teams have effective, up-to-date resources to support customer engagementBrand Management & Market VisibilityMaintain and strengthen Yotta's brand identity across all channels Manage website content, social media presence, email communications, and digital marketing initiatives Create thought leadership content, press releases, customer success stories, and industry commentaryCoordinate trade shows, conferences, webinars, and industry eventsSupport distributor, channel partner, and co-marketing initiativesMarket Research & AnalyticsConduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive trends, and emerging opportunitiesAnalyze campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and market performanceSupport strategic planning through market intelligence and customer insightsMonitor industry developments within solar, energy storage, and distributed energy marketsMarketing Operations & AI EnablementLeverage AI-powered tools to improve content creation, research, campaign execution, and workflow automationBuild scalable marketing processes that maximize efficiency and impactDevelop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track performance and support data-driven decision-makingLeadership & GrowthHelp establish the long-term vision for Yotta's marketing organization.
