Our Clinical Quality & Empowerment (CQE) Team exists to ensure every BT feels prepared, supported, and empowered to deliver high-quality, play-based care.Each BT is thoughtfully paired with a dedicated CQE coach who provides individualized guidance and encouragement. During your first 90 days, you’ll receive structured coaching focused on building confidence and fidelity in Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI). While the first 90 days provide a strong foundation, coaching does not stop there. Ongoing support, feedback, and skill refinement continue throughout your time at Elevated Kids, ensuring you’re always growing and supported.In addition to CQE coaching, you’ll receive weekly, in-person clinical supervision from your supervising BCBA. Our training model is designed to help you feel capable, confident, and proud of the care you provide from the very beginning.A Day in the Life as a Summer Camp Behavior TechnicianYour day centers on play, connection, and inclusion in a vibrant, child-led summer camp environment where children learn and grow through exploration and shared experiences.You may begin your day welcoming campers and joining in morning activities, following children’s interests and creating opportunities for learning and connection throughout the camp day. Whether during group games, creative projects, outdoor play, or transitions between activities, you’ll support campers in ways that feel natural and engaging.Throughout the day, you’ll:Work one-on-one with campers using play-based, naturalistic strategiesGet on the floor, be silly, and build joyful connections that support learning and social engagementCreate opportunities for skill-building within natural routines and everyday camp momentsSupport campers in participating meaningfully in group activities and peer interactionsSupport daily living skills such as toileting, eating, dressing, and participating in community outingsCommunicate with families and your team about progress, questions, and winsReceive daily support, feedback, and supervision from a BCBANo two days look exactly the same, but each day is grounded in play, collaboration, and support.
