In 2019, Cobalt was recognized as one of the Best Places to Work by the Silicon Valley Business Journal and the San Francisco Business Times.We're looking for people who want to make an impact with us and help build a company that is known for its excellence in engineering, passion for progress, and dedication to customers.Available Shift:Overnight Shift12:00AM - 8:30AM MT Monday - FridayResponsibilities:Remote Site MonitoringMonitor live patrols performed by autonomous indoor security robotsOversee alarms, door activity, and camera feeds tied to access control systemsTrack system performance and escalate operational issues when neededEvent Response & EscalationReview and tag security events (audio, video, ACS) using internal toolsAssess incidents and follow clear escalation protocols based on site-specific guidelinesCommunicate with clients via robot, phone, or text as neededCustomer-Facing SupportAct as the first line of contact for clients during live events or interventionsMaintain a calm, professional presence in fast-paced situationsLog detailed reports and communicate with Engineering or Support when neededQualifications:Excellent communication and critical thinking skillsCalm, focused decision-making under pressureA reliable, team-first attitudeExperience with security, dispatch, monitoring, or customer service is a plusHigh attention to detail and comfort using on-screen tools and proceduresBenefits:- Health/vision/dental- Life insurance- 401k- Vacation/sick leaveSalary: $16.50 an hour
