Performs focused physical assessment, develops plan of care based on the diagnosis and individual client needs. Recommends medications and treatments as appropriate Required Experience: -Recent Two (2) years of Relevant experience Required Education: -Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program. Required Certifications & Licensure: -New York State RN License. -Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). -AHA BLS.Current certification in one of the following: -Certified Wound Ostomy Continence Nurse (CWOCN) issued by the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB). -Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse (CWON) issued by the WOCNCB. -Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN) issued by the WOCNCB. -Certified Wound Specialist (CWS) issued by the American Board of Wound Management (ABWM). -Wound Care Certified Certification (WCC) issued by the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCO)About Prodware Solutions LLCProdware Solutions LLC is a healthcare staffing agency connecting nurses and allied health professionals with trusted healthcare organizations nationwide.
