We seek individuals that deliver PRIDE: Passion | Respect | Innovation | Drive | Excellence to our customers and one another.The Livonia Distribution Center, a 400,000 sq. ft. refrigerated facility operating 24/7; is currently seeking a Transfer Coordinator to join our team.Shift: A1 Sunday through Tuesday / alternating Wednesday: 6am - 6pmResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Responsible for loading, counting and verifying warehouse system transfers to other facilities.Communicating with Commodity Inventory Control team on product needed for transfers.Communicating, with absolute accuracy, all information required to create valid and proper Customs Documentation.Ensuring schedule attainment. Escalating any product availability issues to Receiving Manager that may cause scheduled transfer departure to miss.Complete understanding of MPL receiving process and adhere to all MPL protocols.Assists receiving in accurately and timely receiving of all inbound loads.Monitors status of incoming orders with receiving management and admin.Follow commodity management allocations and change orders for transfers.Communicates well with Commodity Management on inbound quality issues.Understands the computerized process of receiving and transferring of goods in NAV.Must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information, as well as other Company data, including personnel information.Basic Qualifications:Must pass Drug Test and Background CheckMust be 18 years or olderHigh school diploma or related shipping and receiving experienceAble to communicate effectively verbally and in writingProficiency in the use of English languagePreferred Qualifications:Forklift experience required (at least 2 years)Previous experience in a manufacturing office is preferred.Previous experience with scanning and filing documentation.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):Exceptional attention to detail.Excellent Microsoft office skills.Strong computer skills and math ability.Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skillsWork Environment Requirements:Ability to work in our refrigerated warehouse, 50-degree controlled temperature zonesStand and walk for the entire shiftLift up to 30 lbs. with or without accommodationsWe are pleased to offer the following Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance401KPaid time off and holiday payEmployee Engagement & Recognition ProgramsOpportunities for growth and advancement
