McGregor PACE Marketing Support RepresentativeMcGregor PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a community service program that provides in-home healthcare services to the elderly as an alternative to nursing home placement, allowing seniors to remain at home.
We are looking for a Marketing Support Representative who will be responsible for responding to, reporting, and tracking all inbound marketing and public relations contacts and inquiries to directly impact the Marketing Department's efforts relating to participant recruitment and retention goals, program expansion, and community awareness of PACE.
Responsibilities:
Answers Intake/Marketing Department telephones, triages call appropriately, and schedules initial visit to ADHC with applicant or family.
Intake data entry for prospective McGregor PACE enrollees and maintain filing systems.
Clerical duties to include literature, intake paperwork/packets, correspondence, scheduling appointments, copying, faxing, and other responsibilities as required.
Serves as liaison to participants/families, facilitating tours, McGregor PACE program education, and relationship building.
Works collaboratively with the public, Marketing/Intake staff, and interdisciplinary team in all aspects of communication to effectively facilitate PACE/McGregor PACE business.
Does not participate in any marketing practices which are prohibited by PACE regulations: a) discrimination of any kind, excepting age; b) activities that could mislead or confuse potential participants or misrepresent the PACE organization, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and/or the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services; c) provide gifts or payments of any form to induce enrollment; d) contracting outreach efforts to individuals or organizations solely for enrollment purposes; e) unsolicited door-to-door marketing
Marketing/Intake duties assigned, to include McGregor PACE presentations, perform basic initial phone intake of prospective participants, marketing supplies, and clerical assistance for the eligibility specialist
Qualifications:
High School Diploma, associate's degree preferred.
Minimum two years of customer service background in an office setting required; ability to work in fast paced environment.
Minimum three to five years' experience working in a home or community-based health/social services organization; desire to work with the elderly preferred.
Knowledge of basic Medicare and Medicaid criteria is highly desirable
Excellent verbal/telephone/written communication skills; Sales skills a plus.
Basic proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access database/spreadsheet applications required.
Flexible, energetic, reliable, goal/detail-oriented individual with the ability to prioritize workload s must.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.
