Registered Nurse (RN) - Designee - Assisted Living Facility - The Retreat, Hartford, CT $45.00 - $50.00 Hourly Utopia Assisted Living of Connecticut is actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) designee to join our team at The Retreat assisted living facility in Hartford, CT. We are especially seeking a candidate, who must be a Registered Nurse (RN), with supervisory experience, leading a team Home Health Aide staff within an assisted living facility. Home Care and Ascend experience is preferred. This is a stable, career opportunity within a well-run assisted living facility that has a consistent track record for following strict guidelines regarding COVID19 protocol. Utopia Assisted Living is part of Utopia Home Care, a family owned home health care agency with a 20 year history of providing quality care to patients and their families within Connecticut. We provide a range of services such as general medical, surgical and behavioral health that allow our patients to age in place, avoid hospitalization, and maintain quality of life in the comfort of their own home or assisted living facility.
