Ensure that orders are completed in the correct sequence and on time. Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all menu items. Including preparation and presentationQuality Control: Inspect dishes before they are served to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards for presentation, portion size, and temperatureCommunication: Act as the primary liaison between the kitchen and the dining area, ensuring clear and efficient communication to avoid delays and mistakesTiming Management: Monitor the progress of orders and expedite the preparation process to ensure timely delivery of dishesProblem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the food preparation and delivery process, such as incorrect orders, delays, or special dietary needsSanitation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to all health and safety regulationsTeam Support: Assist kitchen staff as needed, including during peak times, and ensure a cooperative and efficient work environment.
