Cath Lab Tech Location: El Paso, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,726 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab Technician Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 8 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Cath and EP experience required Description: Contract position for a Cardiac Cath Lab Technician for 13 weeks. Shift hours are from 07:00 to 15:30 with variations based on operational needs. Candidates may work shifts from 10:00 to 18:00 or from 08:00 to 16:00. On-call duties are required, including rotating weekends. The unit comprises 3 Cardiac Cath Labs, 1 Electrophysiology Lab, and 1 Hybrid Lab. There are a total of 1 Charge RN, 3 Clinical RNs, and 3 Cardiovascular Technicians on staff. Patient ratios are 1:1. This role involves the performance of cardiac diagnostic procedures, PCI, Impella, and peripheral vascular angiogram/angioplasty. Additional procedures include Electrophysiology studies, Impella, IABP, and thrombectomy. The unit is looking for a candidate with a strong skill set in Cath Lab experience. Candidates with these competencies will be prioritized. Royal blue scrubs are required as part of the dress code.
