Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent/Project Manager to oversee and coordinate large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. We are a family-owned business. We are growing and need someone to join the family. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction management expertise, and proficiency with industry-standard software. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures while ensuring safety compliance and effective communication among stakeholders. The Construction Superintendent/Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering projects on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software Manage project budgets, track expenses, and oversee cost control measures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide onsite activities Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets industry standards and client expectations Oversee safety protocols in compliance with OSHA regulations; conduct safety meetings and enforce safety policies on-site Utilize tools such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and construction estimating software for project documentation and communication Supervise onsite personnel, including managing subcontractors and supervising their work performance Prepare progress reports, change orders, and contract documentation for project stakeholders Troubleshoot technical issues using tools like ohmmeters; ensure all electrical systems meet schematics specifications Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations and legal requirements Requirements Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in managing large or complex projects Supervising experience on construction sites with a focus on safety, quality control, and schedule adherence Proficiency with Primavera P6, Primavera P3, HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore, construction management software, and other relevant tools Strong knowledge of contracts, budgeting, blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and project scheduling Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety protocols in construction environments Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and coordinate multiple stakeholders Construction site experience across various phases of development including pipeline projects is preferred Ability to read technical schematics; experience with electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters is a plus Strong communication skills combined with problem-solving abilities to address project challenges efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $57,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
