Hospitality Accounting Specialist - $110K base!

Hospitality Accounting Specialist (on-site) A private club located in the greater Boston area is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support daily financial operations. This role focuses on high-volume transactional work across AP, AR, billing, POS activity, and event-related accounting. Compensation: $95,000-110,000 annuallyKey ResponsibilitiesProcess AP invoices, expense reports, and weekly check runs Manage billing, client accounts, and payment processing (cash, check, ACH, wire) Track and record sales, POS activity, and event-related transactions Maintain and audit POS systems and item codes Post GL entries, transfers, and adjustments Support month-end/year-end close and reporting Respond to billing inquiries and assist with ad hoc projects QualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience 35 years of accounting experience in a service or multi-revenue environmentExperience with systems like Jonas, or Club Essentials Must be willing to be onsite 5 days/week Strong understanding of day-to-day accounting operations Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting systems Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities For immediate consideration, qualified and interested candidates may reach out directly to Kelly Lucey at klucey@daleyaa.com
