If you’re passionate about innovation, teamwork, and making a real impact, we want you on our team.Why EnerStarWork with a team that values integrity, collaboration, and innovation.Be part of a company that invests in your growth and celebrates your success.Join a workplace where great people do great work—and have fun doing it.Position SummaryWinch Truck Drivers are responsible for delivery of oilfield equipment to EnerStar Clients, rig moves, recovery of equipment, in-field equipment movement to new locations, and moving equipment between EnerStar branches within the Well Site Service Division.Core Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocolsChampion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activitiesCommunicate with Branch Manager or Supervisor on a consistent basisCommunicate in a professional manner with EnerStar clients to ensure customer satisfactionPromote quality assurance to EnerStar clientsAdhere to safe driving practicesOperate: winch truck, water and sewer trucksMaintain an accurate and legal DOT logbook, including but not limited to: electronic log, paper log, proper record keeping, proper notations, etcVerify all tickets and manifests are signed on location prior to leavingDaily completion of DOT Pre Trip/ Post TripAdditional responsibilities: as identified and assignedParticipate in other relevant tasks as assigned, including but not limited to: Field service calls, assistance with rig moves and setups, chemical toilet services, other duties as assigned by Management teamTravelThe individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar.ExperiencePOSITION REQUIREMENTS:2 Years’ Experience Required, 5 Years’ Experience PreferredMUST have OVERSIZED / load experience driving and communicating with pilot cars3+ years Winch experienceKnowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesHigh integrity individualClass A CDL with Tanker endorsementClean driving recordWilling to work in the field in a non-CMV position as neededAble to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background testWillingness and ability to properly utilize all Personal Protective Equipment as requiredMust be an active listener, respond in professional mannerAble to work in extreme weather conditionsAble to be on call 24/7Able to work nights/weekends and travel overnight if neededAble to run electronic software, including but not limited to Smart phones, computers, metering devices, etcAble to read oilfield mapsGeneral handyman skills desired but not required: Basic plumbing repairs, Flooring installation and repairs.
