Marketing Coordinator

Location: Onsite in Belmont, NC (this role is not, nor will be hybrid/remote in any way) Pay: $24–$27/hr (commensurate with experience) Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday About Us Bisque Imports is a leading supplier and partner to creative studios and distributors across the globe, specializing in high-quality ceramics, glazes, tools, and supplies for the paint-your-own-studio community. Our customers are makers, hobbyists, and studio owners who look to us for inspiration, education, and products that help them bring creativity to life. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the growth and execution of our marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with marketing leadership to help drive digital engagement, content efforts, customer outreach, and creativity. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong project management skills, and a desire to contribute to a creative, community-focused brand. Experience in ceramics or creative industries is a plus. What You’ll Do: Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social, and online channels Assist with and/or develop content creation, scheduling, and publishing (blogs, newsletters, social posts, product features) while maintaining branch consistency across all platforms Maintain digital calendars and support project timelines for campaigns and launches Assist with trade shows, events or customer outreach initiatives Help manage customer engagement and communications across platforms Collaborate with operations teams to support business goals Who You Are: 3+ years experience in a marketing or related role (coordination, digital execution, analytics and B2B support), preference to a Marketing Degree Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation and scheduling tools (Meta, MailChimp, Canva, Adobe, etc.) Experience with digital tools (email platforms, CMS, social scheduling tools, analytics dashboards) Passion for creative industries, DIY culture, or ceramics is a plus Ability to work collaboratively as part of a motivated team How to Apply Please submit your resume, a brief cover letter detailing your relevant experience, links to any digital work or portfolios (if applicable) and a minimum of 3 business references.
