About the CompanyWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of CRM and Salesforce platform development experience to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and custom cloud implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Apex, Lightning frameworks, integrations, data modeling, automation, and platform security, along with strong experience delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce applications in Agile environments.About the RoleThe Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce applications, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and adhere to best practices.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components following Salesforce best practices.Build scalable and maintainable business logic using Apex classes, triggers, batch Apex, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs to support complex business processes.Develop modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components, Lightning App Builder, and Salesforce Lightning Experience features.Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and dynamic forms.Implement declarative automation solutions using Flows, Process Builder (legacy), Workflow Rules, and validation rules, choosing the right approach for performance and maintainability.Design and manage Salesforce data models, including custom objects, relationships, schema design, and data governance standards.Build and maintain Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, Platform Events, outbound messaging, and middleware tools.Develop secure integrations using OAuth, Named Credentials, and connected apps, ensuring secure authentication and authorization.Handle data migration and data quality initiatives using Data Loader, APIs, ETL tools, and bulk data processing techniques.Implement platform security and sharing models, including profiles, permission sets, roles, field-level security, and record-level access controls.Write comprehensive unit tests and test classes to maintain high code coverage and ensure deployment readiness.Use Salesforce DX, change sets, and CI/CD pipelines with Git-based version control to support structured release management.Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, governor limits usage, and query efficiency (SOQL/SOSL).Collaborate with admins, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions, and mentor junior Salesforce developers.QualificationsDeep expertise in Apex programming, triggers, batch processing, and asynchronous Apex patterns.Strong experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning framework development.Proven experience with Salesforce configuration and customization, including Flows, objects, fields, and page layouts.Solid experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud implementations.Strong knowledge of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns (REST, SOAP, event-based).Experience with SOQL and SOSL, query optimization, and governor limit considerations.Hands-on experience with Salesforce security and sharing architecture.Experience with data migration, data cleansing, and bulk data operations.Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD-based deployment models.Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models with strong communication skills.Pay range and compensation packageFull Time/ W2 (NOC2C)Equal Opportunity StateWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
