Maintenance Technician
Maintenance TechnicianColonial Country Club is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of full-time Building Maintenance Technician. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service to the clubs managed by Troon.
Key Responsibilities of the Building Maintenance Technician:
Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation including but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of exterior of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
Maintains cleanliness and appearance of interior areas of the facility including but not limited to: emptying trash cans and ashtrays, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and arranging furniture.
Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
Regular and reliable attendance
Performs other duties as required.
Education/Experience:
Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Certificates/Licenses:
No certifications or licenses are required.
Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:
Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
