It starts in universities.AsEducation Program Owner , you shape how the next generation of engineers experiences automation and AI during their studies. Instead of simply managing partnerships, you will build a scalable academic ecosystem that integrates Synera into curricula, inspires students through real‐world engineering challenges, and creates long‐term market pull.Your work ensures that future engineers enter the industry already fluent in Synera.WHAT YOU WILL DO At Synera, the Education Program is not a side initiative. You will build meaningful partnerships with universities, professors, and industry partners while developing scalable formats that connect students with real‐world engineering challenges.In this role, you collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Academy, and external partners to position Synera within leading universities. You will engage with professors, faculties, and student communities to integrate Synera into lectures, coursework, and competitions.Together with industry partners such as OEMs, you will design and coordinate hands‐on engineering challenges connected to real product development problems, giving students practical experience while strengthening Synera's presence in academia.Your main focus areas:You build and nurture partnerships with professors, faculties, and academic institutions to integrate Synera into curricula and practical courses.You improve our current EU Education Program, making collaborations more scalable and structured while building strategic partnerships with universities in North America and APAC.You collaborate with industry partners from automotive and aerospace to define real‐world engineering challenges for students.You confidently represent Synera in lectures, university events, and digital sessions, building credibility with professors while inspiring students.You own, manage, and prioritize program initiatives independently, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Academy.You coordinate and guide other colleagues, working students, and support team members contributing to the program. In 6 months:You have strengthened and expanded key university partnerships across Europe, establishing Synera in structured academic formats.You have successfully designed and standardized a scalable Education Program format, including challenge structure, collaboration model, and clear documentation.You have launched at least one well‐executed, industry‐backed student challenge within Europe.You have initiated strategic outreach and built the first partnerships with universities in North America and APAC to prepare for international expansion. In 12 months:Synera is embedded in multiple recurring university formats across Europe.You have successfully applied the standardized program format to North America and APAC and launched the first Education Program initiatives in those regions.You have built a growing international academic network and developed a strong understanding of regional differences in EU, North America, and APAC university ecosystems.The program demonstrably increases brand awareness in academia and drives measurable early adoption among students, laying the foundation for long‐term market impact.Here is our team at the summer event - join us at the next one!WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? For this role, our planned salary range is the following:Intermediate Level: 49.200 - 62.600 EUR annuallyWe determine the level we hire you for based on your experience, the scope of responsibilities you'll take on, and the impact you can drive. We know it's tough, but please keep in mind that you don't have to match all the listed requirements exactly to be considered for this role.You resonate with Synera's Core Values - they're central to how we work, and we'll explore them together in your first interview.You hold a university degree, preferably in engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.You bring 1–3 years of professional experience in education program management, academic partnerships, engineer relations, or technical community management, ideally in a B2B SaaS or technology‐driven environment.You are passionate about building partnerships and expanding your network, confidently approaching and engaging with both professors and students.You are a very strong communicator and moderator who feels comfortable presenting in lectures, workshops, or digital formats.You work in a structured and independent manner, with the drive and ownership mindset to build and scale a program across universities in Europe and beyond.P.S.
