Databricks Lead Consultant (Santa Clara)

GyanSys is looking for a Databricks Lead for its direct client based in Santa Clara, CA.Primary Focus: Delivery leadership, technical execution, and coordinationResponsibilities:Lead day‐to‐day Databricks implementation and delivery activities.Break down architecture into executable work packages and sprint plans.Coordinate with product owners, SMEs, and infrastructure teams.Oversee data pipelines, workflows, CI/CD, and release management.Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance SLAs, and timelines.Perform design and code reviews; resolve technical blockers.Provide regular status updates, risk visibility, and mitigation plans.Act as a bridge between Solution Architect and delivery team.Bachelors degree requiredAbout GyanSysGyanSys is a leading global system integrator company supporting enterprise customers worldwide.
