ABOUT THE JOB

QUALIFICATIONS
General job duties for all store team members include stocking ingredients, processing telephone orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean facility.
Orientation and training are provided on the job.
Communication skills: the ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, and to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
Essential functions/skills include accurate math, correct monetary change, verbal, written, and telephone order processing, motor coordination, and computer keyboard or touch‑screen usage.
WORK CONDITIONS
Exposure to varying weather conditions when removing trash; in‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+. Fumes from food odors and cornmeal dust may be present.
SENSING
Talking and hearing on telephone. Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks. Depth perception. Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Standing and walking on ceramic tile, bricks, or linoleum.
Lifting up to 50 lbs; carrying large cans and trays of pizza dough.
Pushing and pulling dollies, climbing stairs or ladders as needed.
Forward bending, crouching, squatting, reaching up to 72+ inches.
Eye‑hand coordination for manipulating pizza peel, cutter, and boxes.
DRIVING SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES
Deliver product by car to customer doors, distribute flyers and door hangers.
REQUIRES
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the delivery area. Ability to navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
Delivering within the designated area, potentially multiple deliveries per shift.
Travel between store, vehicle, and customer locations.
WORK CONDITIONS (Delivery)
