Senior Software Engineer - Tools Development (Robotics)

Job Description ISEE is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has several years of work experience, and have worked on complex, performance-critical code-bases. Role responsibilities include:Support full software development life cycle for Autonomous Vehicle software stackBuild efficient, robust and secure infrastructure enabling responsive, transparent and collaborative product development and testingBuild proprietary tools for internal development teamsQualificationsBS or MS in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of Software Engineering experienceInterest and passion for developing and hardening novel, ground-breaking technologyExtensive experience with programming, system design and algorithm designExpert in C/C++ and/or PythonExcellent debugging expertise on Linux to debug hard-to-reproduce whole-system problemsCollaborate cross functionally with hardware engineering teams to enable the use of new components/devices on the self-driving vehiclesPreferredExperience with real-time system developmentExperience with distributed systems design and architectureExperience with troubleshooting and tuning systemsRobotics experience is a plusWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
