This professional-level position gives you the capacity for independent operations as you apply discretion and good judgment toward ensuring high-quality therapeutic care.ResponsibilitiesYou will perform well in stress and emergency situationsYou will perform patient evaluations/re-evaluations, establish a treatment plan, and modify the treatment plan according to the needs of the patient and response to treatmentYou will perform treatment interventions for outpatient and/or inpatient population as directedYou will perform documentation in the medical record that is timely and accurateYou will communicate well with patients, peers, other health professionals in the coordination of care for the patientsRequirementsSuccessful completion of state board examinationCurrently licensed to practice physical therapy in the State of WashingtonExperience in orthopedic, neurologic, cardiac patient management desirableAbout Good Samaritan HospitalMultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital is a 388-bed acute-care hub serving Puyallup and East Pierce County. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $45.63 - $72.35 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
