This is a full-time, on-site role that entails overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer experience, managing restaurant staff, and driving overall efficiency and profitability. The General Manager will be responsible for maintaining service excellence while fostering a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with food and safety standards, and meeting business goals.QualificationsStrong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to provide an exceptional guest experience and address customer needs effectivelyProficient in Hiring and team management to build, develop, and motivate a high-performing teamExcellent Communication skills to foster team collaboration and engage with staff and customersComprehensive knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations, ensuring quality in all aspects of menu executionProven leadership skills and ability to manage and resolve conflictsAbility to analyze business metrics and implement strategies for growth and efficiencyExperience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is highly preferredAvailability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
