General Superintendent

We’re hiring a General Superintendent to lead field operations for a national design-build firm.This role will oversee multiple active projects across industrial, commercial, and tenant improvement work, managing field teams and ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. The position works closely with senior leadership and plays a key role in driving consistency across all jobs.Oversee all field operations across multiple active projects (industrial, commercial, TI/build-outs)Manage superintendents, assistant supers, and field staff across jobsitesEnsure scheduling, sequencing, and coordination are aligned across projectsLead subcontractor coordination and enforce quality, safety, and production standardsStep in to troubleshoot jobsite challenges and keep projects moving forwardWork closely with project management and leadership on staffing, logistics, and execution strategyMaintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and subcontractorsWhat they’re looking for:10–20+ years of construction experience with a strong field backgroundProven experience running multiple projects or overseeing other superintendentsExperience in industrial, commercial, or large-scale TI projectsStrong leadership presence with the ability to manage teams across multiple sitesAbility to step in immediately and take ownership of field operations
