We’re looking for a hands-on operator who can partner with branch teams, train on processes, and bring financial discipline to real-world operations.Salary Range: $120kOrlando/Tampa based preferred, but open to candidates in the Southeast with the ability to travel frequently.Key Responsibilities:Partner with General Managers and local teams to support operational and financial performance Identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements across locations Analyze key metrics (including AR, billing, and revenue trends) to identify issues and opportunities Support accurate financial reporting by ensuring operational activities flow cleanly into the numbers Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve processes and reporting accuracy Help standardize best practices across multiple locations Travel regularly to locations to build relationships and support execution Qualifications & Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field 4–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, operations, or business analysis Strong understanding of how business operations impact financial performance Experience analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and take initiative Experience working cross-functionally with operations and/or finance teams Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams Tews is an equal opportunity employer and will consider all applications for employment without regards to age, color, sex, disability, national origin, race, religion, or veteran status.
