About The RoleWe're seeking a driven, hands-on Flooring Technician to join our team. If you take pride in transforming the appearance of floors and furniture, this is your opportunity to build a rewarding career.What You'll DoDeep Cleaning: Operating specialized equipment to clean carpets, area rugs, and fine upholsteries.Hard Surface Restoration: Performing tile and grout cleaning and restoration.Floor Maintenance: Executing floor strip, scrub, and wax applications on VCT and other hard surfaces.Client Service: Clearly communicating the cleaning process and final results to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction with professionalism, honesty, and transparency.Equipment Care: Maintaining and stocking company vehicles and specialized cleaning equipment.Troubleshoot issues on-site and offer solutions to clientsKeep accurate records of jobs, materials, and customer interactionsSupport the development of our reputation and brand through quality work and positive client experiencesWhat We're Looking ForWe believe great technicians are born with traits you can't teach.
