The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the brand's core customer bases, designing a brand persona that resonates with these customers, and implementing marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention across various online and offline channels. This role involves partnering with internal and external stakeholders to distribute brand content, overseeing campaign management, and ensuring that pre-determined KPI targets are met. The VP will also be involved in A/B testing, managing marketing budgets, and working with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with product development and demand planning. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 5 years on the brand side, and a strong background in SEM, affiliates, paid social, display, and video marketing. Direct-response ecommerce campaign management expertise, as well as experience in offline marketing channels such as radio, TV, and print, are essential. The role requires a strong sense of marketing analytics, management experience, and the ability to lead small teams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
