Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Support a team of electricians, fabricators, calibrators, mechanics, and custodians working with all plant processes including rubber production and O-ring productionSupport a robust spare parts programSupport facility upgrades through capital projects that include building and production needsSupport major and minor equipment moves throughout the plantPrioritize and schedule projects and personnel to manage overtime and complete projects efficientlyReview and understand all safety documentation relevant to the maintenance teamEnsure compliance with ISO 14001 and 45001 with regards to maintenance requirementsSupport the annual review of associate performances and make recommendations for improvementsRun monthly metrics for KPI (Key Performance Indicator) Reports and support their improvementParticipate in Kaizens to help with efficiency in areas in which maintenance plays a key roleSupport the plants preventative maintenance program through scheduling and completion compliancePerform other duties as assigned or required.Travel as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree preferably in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering1-5 years of Maintenance experienceExperience with CMMS programs, preferably SAPProficiency with hydraulic systemsProficiency with PLC programming and troubleshootingAbility to work on production floor as production requiresGeneral computer skillsCommunication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.Value for Customers: Anticipates, understands and meets internal/external customers' needs and expectations.
