It manages an extensive portfolio of rental housing assets across hundreds of markets worldwide, supported by significant capital and deep industry expertise. Job DescriptionManage and oversee all phases of Wrap Style/MultiFamily construction projects from inception to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment with specifications. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal construction regulations and standards. Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to achieve project success.
