Overview In this two-year program, you rotate through eight-month assignments across Weld OFP Manufacturing Engineering, Fabrication OFP Manufacturing Engineering, Tooling Engineering, and Fabrication or Weld PDP to build welding process expertise. You will learn and apply weld processes in a production setting within the Midwest locations. The program supports growth through cross-functional collaboration and hands-on engineering experiences.
