Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fall River, MA, for a Registered Nurse (RN). The RN will be responsible for providing quality nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient health, and maintaining accurate medical records. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and provide education to residents and their families about care plans and health management. This role requires a commitment to delivering patient-centered and compassionate care. Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of MassachusettsProficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and monitoring health outcomesExperience with administering medications and treatmentsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for working with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teamsFamiliarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies efficientlyExperience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings is a plusBasic computer skills for maintaining electronic medical records
