Neonatal NP - Primary Children's Hospital - Salt

The Nurse Practitioner provides health care services to patients within scope of license, performs physical examinations and diagnostic tests, assessments and screenings, prescribes medications, and instructs patients and family members on medical conditions and treatment. Additionally, the Nurse Practitioner may have an area of specialty practice. Minimum Requirements:Current Nurse Practitioner Certification and license in the state of practice requiredCertification as a Nurse Practitioner by a nationally accredited nursing organization (e.g. American Academy of Nurse Practitioners - AANP, American Nurses Credentialing Center - ANCC) is preferredSpecialty Certification as per client request and or state regulations if applicableOne year experience as an NP preferredMaintain collaboration agreements, per state requirementsCurrent CPR if applicableTB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicableCurrent Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)Must meet all federal, state and local requirementsMust be at least 18 years of age
