When you're ready, please follow the directions to apply for this position.Requirements2-3 years' experience in Residential HVAC InstallsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work styleMaintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving recordMust pass a pre-employment DOT physical examination and maintain a valid DOT medical certificate in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations.Must be able to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds or more, on an occasional basis, in compliance with OSHA manual handling guidelines.Regularly required to perform physically demanding tasks, including working in confined spaces, kneeling, squatting, crawling, and bending.Must be able to climb stairs, access attics, and enter crawl spaces to perform job duties as required.Frequent exposure to extreme temperatures (both hot and cold), while working indoors and outdoors.Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
