This role operates at a broader portfolio and organizational level, leading cross-functional programs that expand adoption, defend installed base, and accelerate growth.As a TAM, you are a key technical leader for your accounts—shaping solutions, influencing stakeholders, and mentoring others while delivering strong customer outcomes.What You’ll DoOwn technical relationships at the divisional and portfolio level within assigned strategic accountsIdentify customer business and technical challenges, emerging needs, and growth opportunitiesLead cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Technical Sales, and Portfolio UnitsPlan and execute technical programs that drive adoption, expansion, and competitive displacementMonitor customer satisfaction and lead corrective actions when issues ariseDevelop and manage opportunity and technical account plans with limited supervisionAdvocate for customer requirements internally at the Regional and Flow Technical Director levelsInitiate and lead collaborative initiatives with portfolio and factory organizationsMentor and coach junior TAMs and partner with Account Managers on technical strategyWhat You’ll BringBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of relevant EDA or semiconductor industry experienceRequired understanding of overall integrated circuit design flowMulti-domain expertise in EDA workflows and design methodologiesAbility to articulate and integrate value across the full Siemens EDA portfolioStrong understanding of competitive landscapes and customer decision driversDemonstrated ability to influence, present, and communicate with senior technical stakeholdersProven success leading customer-facing programs and cross-functional technical programsWillingness to travel (including international) up to 30% to customer sites and internal meetingsWhy us? The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
