The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, support the store manager in achieving sales goals, and ensure the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, fostering a customer-first environment, handling inventory and merchandising, and building strong client relationships to drive customer retention and satisfaction.
