Head of Sales – Private Client Services (Fully Remote)
One of our clients is an international consulting firm advising Ultra High Net Worth Individuals on tax optimisation and global residency. The business is highly sales-driven and operates in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
The Role
We are looking for a hands‑on Head of Sales to manage a team of eight people negotiating contacts with clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
Close high-ticket, consultative deals with UHNW clients
Lead and coach the sales team through active deal involvement
Define and track core KPIs (close rate, conversion, performance)
Improve onboarding, accountability and sales discipline
Profile
Senior sales leader with proven track record in high-ticket, consultative sales
Proven experience of working with UHNW / HNW clients
Strong metric-driven mindset with experience setting KPIs
Hands‑on closer, not a purely managerial profile
Comfortable working fully remotely
Candidates must be based in the European Union, the UK, or the UAE.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
