A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Debt Consultant. Key Responsibilities Receive and contact warm leads daily using an outbound auto-dialer Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate potential members on debt resolution programs and close sales Complete applications and collaborate with underwriting teams to facilitate a smooth enrollment process Required Qualifications 1 year or more of successful call center sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Experience making outbound calls to warm leads Strong understanding of a consultative sales process with a track record of exceeding sales goals Ability to manage schedules and lead databases effectively to meet metrics and goals
