You'll help clean and grind welds, support fit-up, and maintain a safe and organized work area while following specifications and instructions.They have a strong company culture that values accountability and growth. This role offers the opportunity for permanent placement based on performance, attendance, and overall fit.If you enjoy working with your hands and are interested in learning or growing in welding, this could be a great long-term opportunity.Job DutiesAssist welders with preparing materials and work areasMove, stage, and position metal components for weldingClean, grind, and prep surfaces before and after weldingHold or align parts during fit-up and welding processesOperate basic hand and power tools (grinders, drills, etc.)Follow work instructions, prints, and supervisor directionMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentSupport production timelines by assisting the team as neededFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPEDay Shift Monday Friday 7:00 am 3:30 pm$22$26 per hourWelder Helper RequirementsPrevious experience in construction, manufacturing, or metal work preferredInterest in welding or fabrication (entry-level candidates welcome)Ability to use hand and power tools safelyComfortable working in a physical, hands-on environmentAbility to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periodsWillingness to learn and take direction from experienced weldersStrong attention to detail and safety awarenessReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work well in a team environmentMarysville, WA (bus accessible)Interested in this Welder Helper opportunity?
