National Center for Training, Support and Technical Assistance.  This individual works in tandem with department staff and subject matter experts to co-develop, execute, and optimize integrated marketing strategies that engage the national public health and HIV prevention workforce.  This role is designed for a full-stack marketer who is comfortable shaping growth strategy, monitoring real-time performance data and executing creative marketing initiatives across multiple channels. The Integrated Marketing Specialist will play a key role in translating strategy into action by building campaigns, creating content, tracking results, and continuously refining approaches based on data and audience insights.  This position requires a balance of analytical thinking and creative execution, with a strong emphasis on real-time data monitoring, performance optimization, and collaborative strategy development.  PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Integrated Marketing Strategy & Growth Support Co-develop integrated marketing strategies in partnership with marketing specialists, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with organizational goals, program priorities, and audience needs. Support growth-oriented initiatives by identifying opportunities to expand reach, engagement, and participation across digital and in-person channels. Plan content themes, campaign calendars, and channel strategies, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. Contribute insights and recommendations during strategy development based on performance data, audience behavior, and market trends.  Data Monitoring, Analytics & Optimization Monitor real-time marketing and communication performance across email, social media, websites, SEO, and other digital platforms. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, conversions, audience growth, website traffic, search performance, and campaign effectiveness. Analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve content, SEO performance, website usability, campaigns, and outreach efforts. Support ongoing testing, optimization, and refinement of marketing strategies based on performance findings, including search visibility and on-site engagement.    Content Development and Creative Execution  Create high-quality digital and print materials, including social media content, email campaigns, newsletters, web content, presentations, and promotional materials. Ensure all materials align with brand standards, accessibility (508 compliance), and audience-specific messaging. Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to translate complex public health information into clear, engaging, and actionable content. Execute integrated marketing campaigns from concept through delivery, including content creation, asset development, and deployment.  Channel Management, Website & Campaign Implementation Manage and maintain digital communication channels, including social media platforms, email marketing systems, website content, and SEO related updates. Support website development and optimization efforts, including content updates, landing pages, basic UX improvements, and collaboration with developers or vendors as needed. Apply SEO best practices to web and content development to improve search visibility, accessibility, and audience reach. Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns that integrate content, email, social, web, SEO, and event-based marketing. Assist in the coordination of timely assets and deliverables to ensure campaigns and website updates launch on schedule and perform as intended.  Collaboration, Coordination & Continuous Improvement Work closely with the Marketing Specialist as a collaborative partner, sharing responsibility for strategy development, execution, and evaluation. Serve as a point of coordination with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to support marketing initiatives. Stay current on marketing trends, tools, and best practices related to digital marketing, analytics, accessibility, and public health communications. Provide input and support for internal processes, templates, and workflows that improve efficiency and consistency across marketing efforts.  6. Event Marketing (Preferred Experience) Support event marketing and promotion, including conferences, trainings, webinars, and in-person events. Develop and execute pre-event, on-site, and post-event marketing campaigns across email, social media, and web. Create and coordinate event-related assets, including registration pages, promotional emails, social content, signage, digital toolkits, and follow-up communications. Track and report on event performance metrics, such as registrations, attendance, engagement, and post-event follow-up outcomes  MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field. Three (3) years of professional experience supporting and executing integrated marketing or communications initiatives. Demonstrated experience with digital marketing platforms, performance tracking, SEO fundamentals, and data-informed decision-making. Working knowledge of website content management systems (CMS) and basic website development or optimization practices. Substitutions: Additional relevant professional experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A master’s degree in a related field may substitute for one (1) year of experience, but is not required.  OTHER REQUIREMENTS Willingness to travel within the United States, including Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands (estimated 30% of the time). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.  Experience managing digital communications, including email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X).  Experience with website content management systems (e.g., Wix, WordPress) and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics (GA4) or similar platforms.  Proficiency with content creation and workflow tools, including design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud) and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Smartsheet).  BENEFITS:  Upon successful completion of a probationary period, employees are eligible for the following benefits: Paid Time Off Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) and 401(k) Matching  APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Interested candidates may email their cover letter and resume with salary requirements to: cbasolutions@proceedinc.com
