The Night Time Ticketing Manager will oversee ticketing to run the department for the evening shift. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and reliable. The Night Time Ticketing Manager will also run Cash Control/Auditing for the evening shift. Communication and problem solving skills are extremely important in this position. Responsibilities: *Trains ticket cashiers *Manages, counts and balances cash intake for the resort *Works with ticketing and resort POS software systems *Prepares money for pickup, conducts pickups, and transports money back to Cash Control *Communicates operational information accurately and timely *Maintains high degree of confidentiality of paperwork and information *Works to problem solve issues and concerns from guests to ensure a positive resort experience *Keeps Cash Control facilities stocked, cleaned, and organized *Documents and reports variances and discrepancies Requirements or Qualifications: *Experience in customer service preferred *Experience in a leadership role preferred *Experience handling money/accounting preferred Beech Mountain Resort is widely known as the southeast's premier ski destination.
